Do you have a Fuel Charge or Mileage Charge?
We do not have a Fuel Charge, how ever there could be a Drive Time Charge if the Pick Up Point or the Final Drop Off Point is not St. Louis, St. Charles, St. Peters or O'fallon area their could be additional charges added.

How do the Coaches work will they sit 18 & 28?
Just like our Limousines their are some variables like: How Large are the Passengers, how close they sit next to each other. We tell our guests that Larger people take up more room and smaller people give some room back. As always if you have a large Wedding Dress this will take up more room. All Coaches are perimeter seating not individual seats. The statement 18 & 28 is how much we allow and are insured for.

When does the time start, from the shop, or at pick up point?
The time will start at first pick up point, as long it is in St. Louis, St. Charles, St Peters or O'fallon Missouri area. If not there may be drive time charges.

Is smoking allowed in your cars?
No there is no smoking in any of our cars.

Does a 10 Passenger fit 10 Passengers.
Yes a 10 Passenger will fit 10 average size adults shoulder to shoulder. Some Parties might want to rent a 12 passenger for comfort reasons.

Do the drivers wear tuxedos?
Our chauffeurs are attired in business suits or tuxedos according to your preference.

What is the cancellation policy?
Services cancelled 14 or more days prior to the service date will be charged half on all rentals. Services cancelled 13 days or less will be responsible for the entire amount on all rentals. Cancellation’s must be done in writing and received before cut off date.

Can we bring a cooler.
Yes you can bring a cooler. We do allow drinking in the Limo providing everyone is of age. We do not allow Jell-O shots or Kegs?
