TERMS Billing: If a contract is sent to you by mail, a deposit of half down is required to hold the vehicle. This must be received within 10 days of the booking date, in the form of a check, Money Order or Credit Card. Balance is due 10 days before the scheduled service date. If contract is received by Fax, a credit card is required to hold the vehicle. At time of service, payment can be made in Cash, Money Order or Credit Card. {Credit Card Must be Present at time of Service}. A 20% service fee has been added to the contract which includes 15% for the chauffeur & 5% for fuel.
Once service is contracted, the date, vehicle, or times of service cannot be changed. {No Exceptions}. Only additional time can be added {if available} to original scheduled time. If a pick up point, or final drop off point is not in the general St. Louis area, {St. Louis zip code}, drive time charges will be added. {No Exceptions}. For St. Charles City, St. Peters or O'Fallon MO. There is no extra charge.
Eating and Smoking: Eating and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle. If eating or smoking occurs during the run, you will be charged $200.00 and the run will be terminated and no refund will be given.
Vehicle Use: The driver can refuse to drive to certain areas or to drive people who are not part of the original party. Insurance regulations will not allow more passengers than the stated seating capacity. Comfort-ability will be determined by the size of the passengers... Our stated capacity is what the manufacturer has rated it at and what we are insured for. No decorations or tape will be allowed on the vehicle. Our moon roofs are sealed for safety. All 3 or more hour rentals come with Bottled Water Rock Glasses, Champagne Glass and Ice... All cars have air conditioning but we cannot be held responsible for heat over 94 degrees heat index. We are not responsible for items left in vehicle. If there is a mechanical breakdown, we have the right to supply another vehicle, if feasible. If not, we will refund unused time. We will not be held responsible for any additional cost for you to secure another vehicle with any other company. Traffic situations are beyond our control; once service has started any extra time incurred will be charged to card provided. The driver will terminate service for any of the following or similar acts: drug use, minors with alcohol, excessive stereo volume, tampering with the vehicle, foot stomping, window pounding, opening of doors while moving, rocking the vehicle, screaming, hanging out the window, throwing trash out the window, insulting pedestrians or people in other vehicles, threats to the driver or against the limo {even in jest}, climbing or sitting on the vehicle, disrespecting the driver or vehicle. No guns or knives are allowed at any time. If service is terminated, there will be no refund.
Alcohol & Drugs: Alcohol is not allowed in the car if minors are present, unless it’s a wedding party or parents are present, and they do not allow them to drink. No kegs of any kind are allowed, or jell-o shots {No Exceptions}. Drug use is not tolerated. Laws cannot be ignored. Violation of the law will require police involvement.
Unchaperoned Minors If the party includes unchaperoned minors, you must provide, when signing contract, the name and phone number of an adult who can be reached during service. We may contact the adult prior to service to confirm availability if an emergency occurs. If anyone in the party violates any of the terms of use, the driver will immediately contact the adult. If the driver decides to take everyone to one location, he will attempt to inform the adult.
Damages and Additional Charges: The Customer is responsible for all damages caused by anyone in the Customer's party. Customer must provide an open credit card imprint for damages, overtime and extra drive time charges. Damages include a charge of $200.00 per occasion for bodily fluids in or on the vehicle; a $200.00 clean up charge for trash or heavy spillage in the interior; a charge of $10.00 per broken glass; a charge of $200.00 for smoking in vehicle. You agree that charges for damages can be placed on card and run can be terminated with no refund.
Additional Time: A request for additional time during the trip must be made to the driver. Additional hours are at the driver's discretion. Payment must be made at the time of the request, either in cash or by credit card. The service fee is 25% for additional time.
Cancellation Policy: If services are cancelled 14 or more days prior to the service date, Customer will be responsible for 50% of the total charges. If cancelled 13 days or less before the service date, Customer is responsible for the full amount of the charges. Cancellation must be done in writing and received before cut off date. {No Exceptions}.
