Cancellation Policy:
Services cancelled 14 or more days prior to the service date will be charged half on all rentals. Services cancelled 13 days or less will be responsible for the entire amount on all rentals. Cancellation?s must be done in writing and received before cut off date.

Damages:
You agree by signing this contract that you will be responsible for all damages caused by you or your party. You agree that Damages and or overtime can be placed on credit card if provided on the contract. Sickness In or On the vehicle will result in a $150.00 charge per occasion, no exceptions. If the vehicle is beyond reasonable care inside, ie trash, heavy spillage in interior this will result in a $100.00 clean-up charge; broken glasses will result in $5 charge per glass. The driver will determine this. All luxury coaches & Limousines must have a open credit card imprint for damages and or overtime. This must be done before Departing.

Billing:
If a contract is sent to you by mail we require half down to hold the vehicle, this must be received within 10 days of the booking date to guarantee service, in the form of Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. **** If credit card is used for any portion of payment, Card must be present at time of service **** Balance is due 10 days before the scheduled service date. If contract is received by Fax a credit card is required to hold the vehicle, at time of service payment can be made in Cash, Money Order or Credit Card {Credit Card Must be Present at time of Service}.***{If Credit or Debit Card is used to hold a vehicle, keep in mind this may tie up your funds and we may re-authorize your card when your rental date draws near}.*** Once service is contracted, date and times of service cannot be changed. Only additional time can be added {if available} to original scheduled time. If the pick up point, or final drop off point is not in the general greater St. Louis area {St. Louis zip code}, drive time charges will be added. {St. Charles, St. Peters, O?Fallon Mo. there is no extra charge.}

Eating and Smoking:
Eating and smoking are not allowed in our vehicles. If smoking occurs during the run there is a $100.00 fee per occasion and the run will be terminated and no refund will be given.

Limo Use:
The chauffeur can refuse to drive to certain areas or to drive people who are not part of the original party. Insurance regulations will not allow more passengers than the stated seating. The amount of passengers that will fit into a vehicle will depend on the size of the guests and how close they sit; our stated capacity is what the manufactures has rated it at and what we are insured for. Some guests may want to choose a larger vehicle for comfort. No decorations or tape will be allowed on the vehicle. Our moon roofs are sealed for safety. Our vehicles are sophisticated and will not withstand abuse. Our vehicles are not rolling party houses. All cars do have air conditioning but perfect touch cannot be held responsible for extreme heat over 94 degrees heat index. Only perfect touch reserves the right to cancel.. Perfect Touch cannot be held responsible for items left in vehicle or for mechanical breakdowns but will refund unused time or supply another car if possible. If Perfect Touch cancels it will refund all monies that were paid. The chauffeur will terminate service if any of the following or similar abuse occurs: drug use, minors with alcohol. excessive stereo volume, tampering with the vehicle, foot stomping, window pounding, opening of doors while moving, rocking the vehicle, screaming, hanging out the window, throwing trash out the window, insulting pedestrians or people in other vehicles, threats to the driver or against the limo {even in jest}, climbing or sitting on the vehicle. If service is terminated there will be no refund. The fact that the vehicle is paid for in full does not mean you own the vehicle. You have leased it according to the terms stated. We are not obligated to drive, if the driver, vehicle, or terms are abused. Jobs of 3 hours or more will include glasses, ice, and soda. No guns or knives are allowed at any time.

Alcohol & Drugs:
Alcohol is not allowed in the car if minors are present. No kegs of any kind are allowed, or jell-o shots, no exceptions. Drug use is not tolerated. Laws cannot be ignored. Our drivers will not put themselves or perfect touch in legal jeopardy. Violation of the law will require police involvement.

Unchaperoned Minors:
All services which involve unchaperoned minors will be subject to the following terms. The name and phone number of an adult who can be reached during service must be provided on the contract. We will not contact adult prior to service to confirm the availability if an emergency occurs. If the limo party violates the terms the driver will immediately contact the adult. If the chauffeur decides to take everyone to one location he will attempt to inform the adult.

Additional Charges:
Please pay the chauffeur in advance for additional time requested or charges will be placed on card provided. They are required to call in at the original finish time to let us know of your intentions. Twenty- percent gratuity may be added for additional hours, additional hours are at the driver?s discretion.
